Do you charge an up front fee?:
No, I work for the commission produced from the sale or purchase of your house.

Do you only handle Sellers?
Absolutely not! I have a referral based business of both buyers and sellers. My business is split 50/50 and I like it that way.

Do you handle rentals?:
As a business practice since Jan 2009, I no longer handle rental listings or home searches. I do have a coworker that specializes this type of work.

Do you handle Short Sales or Foreclosures?:
Yes, I have experience in both. I have helped seller’s sell their homes while guiding with them through the short sale process.  I have helped buyers purchase foreclosed homes and short sales.

What if I am not thinking of selling for at least a year?:
Then call me tomorrow! I can be of assistance by helping you prepare the home, and setting your expectations for the market to come. I DO NOT have a crystal ball, but I can keep you informed as you prepare your house for sale

We want to add-on to our current home but don’t want to make a mistake, can you help?
Absolutely, I can make sure that you protect your investment by meeting with you before you decide on how big to make your project. I will discuss the pros and cons of the project and how it will impact your market value. Cost for this service: FREE

Where do you live?
